Lucas and I celebrated our first Thanksgiving in Idaho this past weekend! My parents and sister came up to celebrate with us and I cooked my very first bird! They came into town on Wednesday and we just lounged around -- Dax came too!
We had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner on Thursday and then went to kick off the holiday season in Boise on Friday night. We went to the Festival of Trees and attended the tree lighting in the Boise town square. It was freezing but we all had a really good time.
It was so nice to have my family in town for the holiday. Now Lucas and I are busy buying decorations for Christmas. . . we can't wait to be home to celebrate with everyone! Happy Holidays!
