The Baking Goddess!

So I went on a bit of a baking spree on Memorial Day. It was Lucas's birthday and I had our friends over as a surprise when he came home from camping. I also promised my students an end-of-the-year celebration so I baked 100 cupcakes for all my students! WHOA!

I also tried one of Giada's recipes for Mascarpone Cheese mini-muffins -- AMAZING! I am trying to be as creative as Nicole! Here are some pics and the links to recipes!

Double-chocolate super easy cupcakes. They also call for frosting, yum! I also made chocolate peanut butter brownie cupcakes, no picture but delicious and super easy!

Chocolate with white chocolate chips bundt cake -- delicious! My students loved me! :)
