Summer Happenings

Much of our summer was devoted to the wedding, but we did have many other things to celebrate and blog about! My mother-in-law, sister and brother-in-law, plus baby nephew came to visit us as well, I'm not sure where the other camera is to upload pics, but feel free to check Tara's blog for some adorable pics. So here are a few updates of other summer happenings (and a wedding picture teaser, we get the rest next week!!)

The week after our wedding, Lucas was a groomsmen in his friend Austin's wedding (he also served as a groomsmen at our wedding!) It was a beautiful ceremony and wedding. Congrats to Austin and Bethany!

Boise held its first Beer Fest last weekend and we were happy to make an appearance (as were lots of others!) It started off as a cool day, but got quite hot later on. There were many delicious beers, good food, and fabulous friends!

Lucas and I have been putting to use some excellent wedding and shower gifts lately too. GMa gave me an ice cream maker at my shower, and it is AMAZING! We love it! We made some mint chocolate chip the other night. Thanks Gma!!

We tested out our new patio furniture tonight as well (it has finally cooled down enough to sit outside!) I have more pictures of it which I will upload from the other camera at another time.
