Tim & Deanna's Wedding!

We made our last wedding trip of 2009 to Issaquah, WA (just outside of Seattle) this weekend. We flew in Saturday morning and were able to see Mandy (Lucas's sister) who is working in Seattle for the month, then headed to Tim and Beth's (Lucas's cousins) to meet up for lunch then continued on to friends Austin and Bethany's house to drop our things off and get ready for the wedding. We then found our way to the Pickering Barn, and celebrated the beautiful wedding of Tim and Deanna. We met Deanna in graduate school at the UO, and despite being a husky fan, we love her. Tim is a Duck fan, so it all works out. It was an amazing wedding and so fun to see our grad school friends and catch up. Congrats to The Browns!

At the airport, we spotted this plane, it must have been a good omen, because the Ducks pulled out a win! Go Ducks!

One of the perks of going to Deanna's house (particularly in grad school) was the fact that she always, always, had a huge glass jar of candy. Her wedding was no exception, they had a HUGE candy bar, pixie sticks, reeses pieces, chocolate, gum balls, laffy taffys, hot tamales and more! It was a little too tempting (to see what our table looked like at the end, keep reading!)

Yum!

We might have eaten a little bit of the candy . . . ok, maybe a lot. By the end of the night our table looked like this . . .

such a cute post, we are so thankful you were able to make it! And thankful that the ducks won, I didn't want anything to dampen your weekend. :) Will you guys send me the pictures you took or upload them to our shutterfly account? xoxo
