Runaways, criminals, carpet cleaning, u-hauling, unloading, yard working, money spending and more cleaning . . .

Wow . . . has it been an interesting week! I don't think we have ever been this busy, ever! Lucas and I have been in the process of moving out of our rental house, into our new home (that we own!). In the meantime, we adopted Tucker, who has an uncanny ability to jump 6 foot fences. He was missing on Friday when we came home from school, and we finally reached a dispatch officer and we were informed he had "accosted" a woman and she filed a police report against him (WTF??)We assume he just jumped up on her (we are working on breaking this bad habit). He had to stay in the pound over night, and we had to rearrange our moving plans just a bit. Our dear friend Christy helped me move our entire kitchen with 8 plastic tubs on Friday night and our other friends, Dennis, Rob, Faith, and Leah came on Saturday to help us move all the big stuff into the u-haul and continue packing and unpacking the 8 tubs. It was exhausting but thanks to all their help, we had the whole house moved on Saturday. Yipee! Many more updates to come, plus pictures, the week just gets more busy by the second. Next up: cleaning up the rental!
