We had our friends Sarah, Derek, and Ty over for dinner the other night and had grilled pizza and salad, plus an amazing dessert that gets a post on its own!
Grilled pizza is super easy, and very delicious. Sarah and Derek brought the dough from a local pizza place, Flying Pie, but I often just make my own pizza dough from the Pioneer Woman cookbook.
You have to roll the dough, oil up the BBQ and place the dough on the grill. It cooks very quickly, so you have to keep an eye on it. With grilled pizza, you have to cook your toppings separately otherwise they won't cook. Once the dough is grilled, you put your toppings on and then place back on the grill just long enough for the cheese to melt. Super yummy!!

| We used mozzarella and Gruyere cheese (so yummy!), green peppers and red onions that I sauteed. |
 |
| We also had artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, banana peppers, pepperoni, and sauteed mushrooms |

| It is so delicious! Go try it!! |
