We flew from Turkey into Athens and did our best to find our way to our hotel. It didn't turn out well. We got extremely lost in the middle of residential Athens where no one spoke English at all. It was getting dark and I was getting freaked out while Lucas was getting ticked. So we finally found our way to a main road and hailed a cab. It all worked out and we made it to our hotel. We spent just one day and two nights in Athens and that was more than enough. While we enjoyed seeing the sights, it wasn't our favorite city.

Zeus or Poseidon . . . throwing his trident or lightening bolt? Thoughts?

My favorite statue of Aphrodite hitting Pan with her shoe while Ero flies above!

The Temple of Zeus, look how little I am in comparison!

And on the most delicious note . . . sagnaki, amazing fried cheese!
